All private event pricing is based on date, time of year, and number of guests.
Rental fee is to RENT OUR SPACE ONLY (it does include the store for 1 hour) and hold your desired date (meaning caters, alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, bands , etc. is all a la carte).
We DO NOT require a bar minimum to be met, however, we do require 20% gratuity on all bar purchases on event day.
Rentals START OUT at $2000 and we have a 4 Hour Minimum for ALL events, No exceptions!
***Fridays and Saturdays are split days (9AM-2PM or 4PM-10PM these can not be altered unless you rent entire day)
****All food MUST be purchased through one of our preferred caters and all beverages through us! We DO NOT allow any additional outside food due to our NC bar licensing.****

We are asking for mutual RESPECT in our place of business!!! We are a bar, store, & event space-- meaning people rent us out to host events here. If you wish to host any type of gathering or event in our space you MUST reach out to management first. This is a privately owned business not a public run space. We really want to ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE however, If you have not reached out to owner or management team AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TICKET and try to plan a large event or photoshoot without renting, unfortunately you may be asked to leave .Thank you all for your continued love and support. -Kindly, Kam Hardy Culler (owner)
